The Careington Series 500 dental plan is considered one of the best "fee-for-service" discount dental plans available today. 

Which Careington "Series" you can join is determined by your state of residence.  Please click here to view your "series" for your state.

You may sign up online and use our dental plan immediately! After completing the online application form, you will receive a temporary ID card in your email. Just print that card out and take it with you to the dentist tomorrow. Easy as pie!

Be sure to locate a Careington provider in your area before you apply!  You MUST use a dental office within our extensive netowrk.

If you prefer, you can print out an application to mail in by clicking here. It takes a little longer by mail of course - about 10-15 business days to receive your ID card back to your mailing address.

Once you arrive at the dentist you have selected, just present your Careington Member ID card and you will receive your discount on the spot with the balance paid directly to your dentist.  How you pay your dentist the "balance due" is between you and your dentist!
